$100 to the first themer who can do this - OS6 related

So here's what Im looking for, it sounds pretty basic, and it may not even be possible.

I am looking for a way using the BlackBerry 6 style theme to disable the clicking of the banner at the top so it doesnt drop down the connection options. If you can make it launch something else thats fine too, but as long as it doesnt drop down the connections screen Im ok with it.

So heres the deal:

• First person that is able to do this gets $100 US paypal to them.
• I require all the source files (thm, svg, properties or any files required to do this).
• I will not released the theme as a paid theme, if anything I will release the theme for free to others.
• You can choose to release the methods used publicly or just send it to me.
• You cannot use a custom theme and re-recreate the tray, I want the original tray from the OS6 theme.

this is surely locked into the os so doubt it possible

this activation and the hidden today notificaton area are part of the os6 and so dont think can be changed

when making a custom theme you lose this option so you could make a custom theme with sliding screens and look like os 6 and have it open something else but you wont be able to get the looping scrolling screens
