Hello I want to submit my Paid themes, can some one suggest me where can i submit my themes for free. Blackberry app world is charging the vendor fees at some point.

I've never done that but I suggest that's probably a standard thing.

If you are using a store to sell your goods of any kind, themes included, it's reasonable to assume that the storekeeper would want some form of payment for the use of their store.

They are charging. At one stage they are saying checkout with paypal? What to do?
And is der any way that I can avialable my theme through OTA (over the air)?

no, they arent charging you, you have to associate your paypal account so they can pay ya.

if u wanna just make free OTA themes sites like bbota or bbthemelab have OTA upload facilities
