Honestly i dont know a anything about this stuff but from what im reading i think all themes have to be rebuilt from the ground up. Just seems like its a compatibility issue with the newer software and how its reading the way your current themes are built. Again im just assuming but hopefully it will get resolved regardless.

well I did re build my whole theme from scratch and I still have the same problem. Not sure what it is. It only happens when I move the clock to the bottom or move the connections anywhere. From the right top corner....

is the icon for the clock ported in from the SVG file? I think most of the issues are coming from the SVG rendering.

If thats the case then im really surprised RIM would release this and not know that these problems existed. I mean wouldnt they actually have to build themes with the software and test it out to make sure it works? Doesnt make sense. Does any of this have to do with RIM now saying that S2 and the 8530 will be the only phones supporting open gl? Is any of it related?

Two things, first it sounds like it is dragging and expanding an invisible button to where ever you move the clock or connections.

Second, why is it that with such a highly used program that RIM always has so many gosh darn bugs, it ticks me off. They put such a half *** effort into these programs and the support that they offer and fixes they make are so limited. Like seriously they can't fix the black on black issue, c'mon RIM we work hard on our themes just to have dumb glitches that render our features useless

EVERYONE: I have a solution to the problem. You need to render the home screen over the banner. Gotta love RIM
