Error loading .thm file
My wife spend hours last night building herself a theme last night. She realized after it was loaded on her phone that she forgot to change the menu font. I go to reload the .thm file this morning and I get "The document "Susan Theme.thm" could not be loaded. Unknown error.", has anyone encountered this issue previously. This would suck to have to rebuild everything just to make one actual change to the theme.

Acts more like the Theme Studio directory pointers are messed up, typically by sniffing around at various files while in Composer or Theme Builder. Try to make sure all these pointers are really pointed at your work areas. If it is still headed South, do not give up. Do not erase all your work. Save a copy of everything elsewheres. Nuke TS 5.0 and re-install. Its not that bad.

It was the first theme that she had built, so after running it for a day she decided to do quite a few changes. Basically the only thing that she kept were the SVG files that I had initially made for her. So she isn't too pved. It is the only theme thus far that has had this issue. Something probably got corrupted in the save
. I was more curious if anyone else had seen this issue previously. Thanks to all that contributed to try and get this issue resolved.

Post #5 indicates that he did. My experience is that if it won't open on it's own, it won't import.
Personally I usually just restore it from a backup. I tend not to waste too much time on trying to fix something like this. - 12-01-2009, 04:41 PM #11
