3G icon replace for EDGE

Hi everyone, im want to know if someone can help me, i want to replace the EDGE for 3G, can anyone explain me how to do it

As far as I am concerned, it can't be done. You will get just a "G" at least that's the feedback that I got when I created some themes with a font that I found here on cb.

I think that is network related

As mentioned, it is based on the current network the device is connected to. EDGE (aka 2.5G or 2.9G) is not the same infrastructure as 3G, and thusly not interchangeable.

If RIM gave theme builders access to replace those it could really mess with people...
