Default Transfered unlimited data from cdma to hspa?

Has anyone else successfully transferred unlimited data from the old network (CDMA) to the new LTE or HSPA (not sure what its called) one? If so, how did you do it or who did you talk too?

everyone i have talked to they cant do it .. They do not offer unlimited data on hspa. so you wont be able to take it with you. If your contract is up trying calling L&R and see if they will put u on the largest data plan they have for the same price your paying now.

Has anyone had any success getting anything, transferring from the unlimited 15$ plan? ie: 500MB or 1GBfor 15$? Possible?

Hey guys I used to have storm2 with student 50 old plan which also includes unlimited data. Last week my storm 2 broke and I got a free torch from best buy since I have the extended warranty. When I called telus to do a hardware switch the tech guy didn't mention anything about changing the plans from cdma to hspa plan. My data is working fine so I am assuming I still have unlimited data since the tech guy didn't say a word about how I have to go on new hspa plan.

From what I was told if the Unlimited data was built into your plan it would transfer no problem. But if it was an add-on then it can't be transferred

I had the student 50 and it would not transfer when I went from CDMA to HSPA. The only thing I would watch is that they student plans are on again. I hooked into the student 55 which had 1 GB of data which honestly, its hard to hit. I would check on mytelusmobility.com to make sure that they did not switch your plan without telling you. I had that happen before.

Neat, I just thought they couldn't transfer unlimited over at all... Were there unlimited data plans that were built into the plan? (I'm assuming since you mentioned it, there must be some?)

Back when I used Telus they had a couple of promotional Christmas ones that included it. This was about 2 to 3 years, but just left them in the past months
