    Default Texts not being received

    Hey

Just wondering if anyone else is having problems with people not receiving your texts in the past few days?
All mine have a check mark by them, but some get delivered and some don't.

Just wondering if its me or not!!
    Thanks!!

Call Client Care (*611 from your phone), speak to Technician Department. What happens on Telus side due to upgrades to Networks "texts" sometimes get backed up in the System. They'll reset it and you'll start to receive it all or send them all. I had that same issue 4 months ago.

They'll take you through a step by step procedure

Ok thanks I just called them and they got me to dial this weird *22093 or something along those lines and did an update on my phone. But the guy said he thinks its a Rogers problem not Telus, but he might just be trying to blame them haha.

Had same problem with this; some texts were getting received, some were not. Delete all call history, delete all message history. Start sending texts without the "1" in front of the area code. ex: 1(715) DO NOT PUT THE "1" in front of the area code.

Also, there may be a setting under Options-Advanced Options-Voice (something or another) about country codes. Make sure there is no country code selected, because that's going to screw up the texts also.
