Default texting question

I've got unlimited texting and my bf lives in the US so we can freely text back and forth without a problem. If I send him a text to his US while he is vacationing overseas (in Guam which is still a US territory), does that count as a long distance text?

I believe so. I would check the fine print on your carrier's site.

It wouldn't be long distance on your end, only on his end (so he'll have to double-check with his carrier). The reason for this is that you are still texting a US number.
