Telus warranty/replacement policy? (phone bought from Future Shop)
I'm a bit confused as to who I will go to whenever I get problems with my new Bold 9900...
I'm a little weary about the possibility of the phone bricking while charging, so if ever that happens, who do I go to if it's past the usual 14-day period from Future Shop?
Will Telus accommodate a replacement even if I didn't get the phone from a Telus store or online?
The phone is locked to Telus and I just recently renewed my contract with them.
