Default Telus Users & Pocket Express

I got charged 4.99 for this, even though I removed it from my phone.

Is there a way to cancel it? I want to make sure I don't get charged again.

Default I got my money back

I also had the same problem with Telus, when i signed up I was under the impression that there was a 30 day trial but I guess it expired without my knowledge and then Telus started charging me. I phone CS and complained and they refunded the 5$ after a little wining!

Pocket Express is a Handmark product. I've used it for years and found their customer support to be excellent. Go to Handmark | Software for your Palm, Blackberry, Pocket PC, Treo, PDA and Windows Mobile Smartphone Devices, select the support tab, and do a keyword search for "Cancel Subscription." They'll take care of it for you.

I called to complain about this because I never used it but it was on my bill. The rep said it was a known issue that you get charged the 4.99 as soon as you click on the media tab. They removed it from my bill and told me it will be resolved soon.

That happened to me too. I just wrote an email to Telus CS via their website stating that as I understood it, the basic program was free and only the Premium subscription was charged at $4.99. They apologized and credit the charge on my account stating it was an error.

damn, wish i had complaind.
happend to me as well, when i went in to telus to look over my first bill i made sure it was completly removed.
