Telus Reps, I need a recommendation Please
Hey guys, I’m grandfathered on the old CDMA network and have been hesitant to switch because the new plans suck quite frankly, However I want either the new 9900 or the 9810 (I haven’t decided which yet) Which means I’m going to have to upgrade. I currently have the following with you guys:
Unlimited Evenings and weekends starting at 5:00 pm
Unlimited Data
Unlimited text messages
Free incoming calls
All calls to/from North America considered local
1,300 daytime minutes
Advanced Voicemail
Caller ID
Conference Calling
Call Waiting
All in with 911, taxes, system access fees etc the plan costs me $177.15 per month.
I’ve been with Teuls since 1999 when they were Clearnet. Now having said all that, I’m in Ontario, based on your knowledge of what plans can and can not be granted within the system can you please help me out here with what I should be asking retentions for in respect to a plan on the new system. I want as close to what I have or better for the same money or less. I know that’s asking a lot, but its quite frankly what I need to stay with Telus...
I do prefer Telus, but I’ve been offered several other better CHEAPER plans from both Rogers and Bell in the past. Any advice is greatly appreciated, especially what you think I can exactly get on the new network. If you don’t feel comfortable posting the details on the forum, please feel free to PM me. I appreciate all the input I can get, thanks in advance, I really appreciate it.
