Default Telus customer service past two days?

what the **** is going on? I can't even login to my online account and when I try to call I get some weird message. Once I even when straight to some strange person's voice mail? When I finally connect and the automated voice message comes on, after a while it just disconnects?

maybe it's my phone, but is anyone else having trouble with TELUS these past two days?

also, is anyone else having problems logging in to mytelusmobility? I just bought a new phone and I really really want to activate it haha

my sister in law had here Telus BB stolen on Saturday night. When she calls in (everyday since Saturday Night) there systems are down and they won't let her report it stolen or cancel the phone. Just another reason why Telus sucks when it comes to customer service.

I heard something a couple days ago that basically their entire customer service computer system has been down for a while. I'd never had a problem with them before, and admittedly I don't really need it right now, but this is definitely a strike against them.

Kinda reminds me of a day back last year where the service went down for the whole day here in toronto. The network as well as customer service. TELUS needs to have a better contingency plan if it ever happens again. Lol

Yeah I've noticed their online system is kinda... bad (but when I say kinda, I mean really bad) but today has been a bit better. I also just called in to add a feature to my blackberry and I tried to go to client care but then the automated message said no agents were available and to call back at a later time. Really weird..

Telus has been having issues (they reported it on their Twitter page), but it should be back up and running now. If you need to, you can also reach them on Twitter.

It should be back now. But they were back for a few hours yesterday too, so you never know what's going to happen. They've been on and off for the past couple days now. I was just getting anxious cuz I got a new phone, but I was able to activate it today no problems.

This is a hot discussion over at howardforums, my payment is due this week and I have to go down to the outlet store and physically pay them because when I login my account on the website I can't see the account information and the ebill section is broken, all sorts of things going wrong with Telus right now. And this happens right after the Q2 report release of Telus getting the most amount of new subscribers... lol this is going to bite them in the arse.
