When will Telus finally release the security updated for OS 6 phones? It has been available since March? Terrible customer service. Once you've signed the contract they forget about you.

They haven't released .666 for the Torch 9800. The official Telus release is .448.

Unfortunately I can't upgrade using another carrier's release. My corporate BES wont allow it.

The carrier approval process is a joke and Telus is the one of the slowest at releasing updates. They're to focused on the OS 7 devices now so any 6.0 updates aren't likely.

Telus is now officially the last carrier to approve a new OS release. Don't by a blackberry from them if you want any OS support. Telus is the worst.
