Default Problems with Bold 9780

I got me new Bold on Wednesday. On Thursday, I exchanged the first phone because my trackpad was jiggly. When I got it home, I noticed that the trackpad on this one is jiggly too, and the top panel with the mute and lock buttons is a bit crooked.

Does anyone know whether Telus will give me a hard time if I try to exchange it again?

Could you define "jiggy"? If you shook the phone, does the trackpad move? Testing the Bold trackpad against the Torch or Curve 3G the Bold definitely has less of a firm tactile feel. If you're pressing down on the trackpad and swinging your thumb around the pad then yes it'll jiggle a little but by then you're really forcing it to do so. Just narrowing things down

You shouldn't have issues exchanging it provided it's within the timeframe to do so. Which dealer are you exchanging them at?

I would just be exchanging at a Telus store. The trackpad is jiggly enough to bother me and some people who have the same phone have said that there's is rock solid.

OK. Just exchange it at the store again. See if you can get the rep to open up several boxes or test it there until you find one that you're happy with. It'll save for a subsequent trip.
