Default Phone Bill Problem !! PLEASE HELP !!

My phone bill is currently 70 dollars a month, and I don't know why. My monthly plan is 45 dollars. Then it says I have voice services 2.00 dollars. Total taxes 9 dollars. And Data and Other Services 10.00. I don't understand what data and other services are, I clicked on it and it says its for Content Subscription. My question is what is Content Subscription, and why am I paying 10 extra dollars a month for it ??? Please Help !! I have a Blackberry Curve 8500... if that helps...

Well I would assume that the $10.00 is for some form of BlackBerry data plan... Taxes are no surprise. Doesn't sound too bad... My data plan is $30.

I don't think its a data plan.... I am pretty sure the data plan is covered with my monthly plan.....

I thought they called that the "network access fee". I ditched telus and went the flakey ppl at virgin mostly because of all those addon fees.

Why don't you just call Telus and ask what the extra charge is for?

I've tried calling in, but the store guy didn't even know what it was, and he said I needed to call a special number. He didn't even give me the number, so I haven't looked it up yet :S Guess I should probably do that..

Did you download a ringtone or something from a website? My daughter did and was getting a $10 monthly charge until she cancelled.

Girlfriend did the same thing and it continued until she received a text for being a valued customer (had been happening for months). The text told her how to stop the subscription.

Usually you got to reply with the word Stop or something like that. I don't know why this sort of crap is allowed to happen but I'm pretty sure the 10 dollars is for a subscription for a 3rd party thing.

Dial 611 from your cell, it will take you to customer service where they will be able to answer your questions.
