OTA PRL Update Storm 2............... X-Posted from Howard Forums Not many answers there..........
Whenever I try and update the PRL on my Storm 2, I get the "We're sorry, your phone is not eligible for an over the air uprade. We're sorry for the inconvienience" message. Called Telus support, the first rep told me all was well because the phone's PRL was up to date (No it isn't) and the second time I called that rep advised me to take it to a store for a manual update. Any store I went to had no idea what I'm talking about re a manual update of the PRL. I have the latest s/w etc.
My wife's Storm 1 updates fine.
I read on one of the other forums that this is a common problem with the Telus Storm 2. Can anyone shed any light on this problem???
