Default help with telus browser
on my tour i cant open the telus website that is pre book marked its says
http error 403: forbidden
you are not authorized to view this page. please try loading a different page

so then i clik on details and its loads a page saying
you do not have permission to access m.telusmobility.com on this server
apache server at m.telusmobility.com port 80

Go to options, advanced options, browser and ensure all the fields are configured to either telus wap browser, or internet browser and try again.

What's your plan? I got that same error when my old plan only allowed IM and email, but no internet.

That sounds like a problem on telus' side. I would give it a bit and then try again. If it keeps happening then give their tech support a call.

I had the same problem after I upgraded my OS to .585. Called tech support without any luck but once I updated to 7.1 it worked fine. Coincidence maybe but it works fine now.
