Email question

I have an @telus.net email account. When I open outlook express on my computer and retrieve my emails, they are automatically deleted off my BB. Is there a setting somewhere on the BB to stop this, or somewhere in my email account. Thanks for any info.

Go into your email settings application (on the BB) and select your Telus email account. Under the Synchronization options, see if there is a check mark to synchronize the deleted messages. You can then disable this.

Another alternative is to change your settings on Outlook to keep the messages in your Telus email folder for a week or however long you want to keep the messages on your device (giving the messages time to stay on your BB). Let me know if you need help with those settings.
