    Default Double typing Q10

    Anyone knnow what Telus does when u have a Q10 keypad that double types? I bought and started my. Contact in august of 2013.

    Typed with no autocorrect on my double typinng Q10! Sorry for the errors.

    You might want to check this thread, might have some answers for you. BlackBerry Q10 'double typing issue'

    Also, you should call them and ask if they can replace it.

    If its anything like Bell, they will give you a BB7 or lower loaner phone, which is useless to a BB10 user. My Q10 has been out for repair 1 month now for this exact issue.

    i got bb curve 8520 from bb care my q 10 uinder repair
    hah one month passed without my q10
    they said today 7 to 10 days more hah
    in india bb servise is too much slow only one service center in benglore haha

    I have the same issue on my Telus Q10. I talked to Telus and they asked me to call BlackBerry. And BlackBerry told me go through Telus. Obviously nobody would like to take care of this.

    A month or two ago I had to send mine out and was given a galaxy s3. It made me want to cut myself and I went back to my iphone 4 which was only marginally more useful than that piece of junk. They told me they didn't have bbry loaner phones which is bs in my opinion. I pay $8 a month for their extra coverage and they give me a phone that crashes 3 times a day, nt cool. If I didn't get my bbry back when I did I was ripping up the contract and going to bell. It's been the only time I've had a problem with Telus in years.

    Well will be heading to Telus this week. Hopefully they'll be aware of what I'm speaking about and agree to fix it. Don't want to have to bounce between BlackBerry to Telus and representative to representative...noone has time for that. I went through the Corporate division so hopefully my reps will be helpful.

    Brought my double typing Q10 in to Telus and they sent it to Blackberry for me and and it was returned about 10 days later. There was a spare Z10 lying around the office that I used in the interim. My wife is with Virgin and sent her Q10 in for the same issue. She got a white Z10 for a loaner but is still waiting for her Q10 to come back...going on three weeks now. She finds the touch screen really irritating to use.

    Just delt with the same issue with my Q10, n was the problem and z was getting bad as well. No luck with Telus as phone was out of warranty by 2 weeks. With some searching we found a place called cellular magician in London and for 65 dollars they replaced the key pad. With this being a work phone I could not go without it, but not an issue for them as they had the parts in stock, and I waited just 45 minutes. I must admit typing is enjoyable once again. Job well done! I would recommend them!
