You should be ok (unless you get an associate who doesn't know any better), but don't go touching it anymore. There are a couple of other water sensors in the phone that they can use in addition this one, so you should still be alright.

Are they visible? Cuz I gotta send it back but they charge 125 if its dmgd or whatever would that be considered my fault n void it.

One is visible. Its on the left side of where the battery sits. You can see it by removing the battery. Not 100% sure where the other one is. But I've returned one for service that had a similar tear to yours (although it was more clearly a tear. It was no problem for me.
