Default Device Protection Plan

When I purchased my Torch 9800 in January 2011 I included the $7 monthly charge for the device protection plan.

Assuming I "lost" my phone, does anyone know if you can pick your replacement model? I.e. The new touch screen bold? Or do you have to get the same model you originally purchased?

Insurance fraud is insurance fraud whether you "lost" the device or not. Eitherway, the replacement is for the same device unless the device is no longer available.
