So I updated to the new software that was released yesterday. Everything seems to be fine except I can no longer lock my phone. I have had the left convinence key set as look going back to the original curve. I do the update, the key is now set to nothing with no option to set "lock" to the convenice key.

Anyone have any ideas.

First off, not sure how to fix it.

Now I don't mean to be b!tchy or anything (for real!), but an honest suggestion is to try posting this in the Curve forums, not Telus. Since this isn't carrier specific, you'll get a lot more views in the other forum. The Telus forum can be quite dead at times.

No Bitchiness taken, The reason why i put it in the Telus forum was because it happened only after upgrading to TELUS's new Curve Software. Anyways thanks and i'll try both suggestions.

This isn't unique to Telus. It's an update to the software, for better or worse. To lock the keypad, press & hold the play/pause button in the middle of the dedicated media keys on top of your Curve. Press it again to unlock.

I know i can use the play button but you have to hold it down for a couple seconds, which when going from ear to pocket can be annoying(previously one press and locked). I guess i will have to live with it.
