Calling all Telus Buffs! 8330 Problems - BBM Not Going Through!

This actually is for my girlfriend's phone but it's annoying the **** out of me just as much! lol.

Anyway, BBMs on her phone do not send through a lot of the time and I'm not sure what it is. It also happens on the other end and sending messages to her 8330 (I have a Bold 9000). Most of the time the message gets the check mark but doesn't get delivered til later, if at all.

It's been going on for a few weeks now, the worst being now (over the past few days) and it's really frustrating..

She is running OS5.0 and BBM 5.

Bbm is having issues recently especially last few days u can read it all over this site
