Call Forward icon stuck on Telus 9630
* I posted in 9630 Forum but thought someone here might now. *
One of the guys at work just brought me his 9630 to look at.
It has the Call Forwarding icon in the notification area.
The problem: It is NOT call forwarded anymore!
We have tried dialing *720 which is the Telus' Cancel Call Forward command. It says successful but the icon remains.
We've tried changing it in the Phone app's Call Forwarding menu. It takes a minute and then says it failed. Tried a few more little things too, but all unsuccessful...
This is a 9630 on Telus running 4.7.1.57.
Any ideas anyone?
He says he might just upgrade to a 5.0 tonight anyway if he can't get rid of this, but I hate an unsolved mystery.
