I couldn't get comfortable using the touchscreen exclusively and tend to resort to using the trackpad more often than I would want when you have a touchscreen. I do like the larger screen but I find the Torch sacrifices too much of the overall experience as it tries to be compromise on every level. The keyboard is more difficult to type on, battery life can survive a day but is mediocre at best and I didn't like having a slider form.
For what the 9780 excels at, I was more than willing to sacrifice its shortcomings.
