Blackberry Storm2 9550 Removed from Online Store

I just noticed that the Storm2 9550 has been removed from Telus' website... not sure if it is temporary or not, but it seems as though it has been discontinued already!

Does anyone know what the status of the Storm2 is at Telus?

I've been perusing the BB Storm2 forums and have seen that Verizon has EOL'ed the Storm 2... I am going to be very VERY upset if Telus and RIM won't be allowing for an early release on term or cash allowance to a new device if Storm 2 doesn't get os6 and or webkit...

They SHOULD have some sort of a trade in refresh when/if Storm 2.5/Storm 3 comes out.

I have only been in my Storm 2 for 6 months or so, and it going the way of the dodo already!?

Yes I noticed that today as well when I went there to see if I could upgrade my OS since I am having all sorts of issues with my phone. I'm getting pretty PO'd right now. I noticed if you go to the instructions on the telus site for how to upgrade your OS the Storm2 isn't even listed there either!!! I will be SO SO mad if they make this phone obsolete without offering an upgrade to us.
I am in the same boat as you Johnny, I just got this phone on January 14th when my Curve crapped out.

You can update your storm 2 from a different carrier.

Oh wow that IS bad, and I thought Telus in BC/Alberta had bad slim selection.
