Default App World problem

So I upgraded BB App world the other day, and now when I try to log into My World, or download an app, it takes me to a screen to login with my telus.blackberry email account. I enter my password and all I get is a message saying "unable to validate the email address and password combination. Error ID: 30601". I have done a battery pull twice and have been very careful about entering my password correctly. Anyone else had this problem and solve it? Thanks for any info or ideas.

Yes, you'll need to 'Create Account' I believe it says. You have to Accept terms and Conditions, you'll be adding a new Password, UserName, and security Question to your Account. Since your Email account is the same, they are just beefing up Security, and Your World will still be intact once you update.

I have the same problem, but I followed through the steps and it just tells me that the username has already been taken.
