Are you having T-Mobile BIS access issues?
I have been trying to setup my email for almost 2 days now and I cant. On my device it tells me "We apologize, there was an errr trying to access the service"
I try to log in to My T-Mobile from a computer, hop into configure email (BIS) and I am met with the same message. Clicking email accounts, change device, language or service books takes me back to tmobile.com where I have to log back in again. Anyone else? I need access to my email and not even the t-mobile people know what the problem is...  |
