    Default Are you having issues with upgrading via T-Mobile's website?

    I've noticed that TMOs website is under maintenance a lot these past few weeks. Everytime I Iog into my account and click on the "Upgrade this phone" the website doesn't respond and comes back with "Our System are currently unable to respond, please refresh the page or try again later". I've tried refreshing the page and I've tried later (days, weeks later) TMO and nothing. What the heck is going on with their website? It's BS. I'm sure others are experiencing the same thing. It's becoming very frustrating. Anyone know anything regarding this issue?

    No problems here. I click on 'upgrade now', and it takes me to a page with phone choices.

    Try this: log in to my.t-mobile.com, and then paste this link: https://my.t-mobile.com/CIHU/Upgrade...sdn=XXXXXXXXXX where the Xs are your 10 digit phone number. I copy-pasted this link from Firefox to IE to test it, it worked for me.

    That's strange that it worked for you Raino. I tried what you suggested in IE, Firefox, and even Chrome but no luck. I even cleared my cookies but nothing either. T-Mobile customer service told me they're aware of the issue. Reallyyy? It's been like this for almost two weeks and they can't fix whatever is wrong.

    I wouldn't be surprised if it's broken for you. For the longest time, I could not access my Services page, so I know how it is.
