Will T-Mo Give Me a New Phone For This Problem?

Quick question for you guys..

Today while looking at my Bold I noticed that there was a gap between the chrome bezel and the black part where the charger goes. I was wondering if T-Mo will give me a new phone since this one is only 8 days old.

They might give you a new one. You can always try a warrant exchange, but I'm not sure if they'll grant you one

It is under warranty, It's only 8 days old. And I also have insurance.

Yes, they should then. Once I traded in my old chocolate after 29 days just because I wanted a fresh start.
