Default Will i lose my upgrade if i dont use it?

Hi all. I became eligible for an upgrade on Jan.11th but I'm not planning on "upgrading" my device until the dakota comes out(which I'm hoping will be in q2 as oromised). Will I lose my upgrade eligibility? I mean, is there a window I have to use it?

As far as I know you will not. Once your contract is up then you just become a month-to-month customer. I've been eligible for almost six months now, and I've been to a local Tmo store and each time i was told I could upgrade to a new phone, so I think you're fine if you keep waiting.

When you said "Many thanks", it was said in the voice of the Heavy on Team Fortress 2. I'm sure anyone who ever reads this comment will never get the reference though.

The catch is that the "upgrade clock" doesn't start until your actually get the upgrade so if you wait 3 years and upgrade, 1 year later you will only be able to get the "1-year upgrade" price not the 2 year one.
