Will a HTC work on a BB data plan?

I have a BB with full TMO BB plans. If I temporarily put the SIM card into an HTC Sensation will I be able to get data and emails etc or do I need to change my plan?

I believe you will need to change to a generic smartphone plan as BIS only works on BB phones.

Ok, but if I leave it on the BB plan, then shouldnt it data work on wifi only?

When I switched to my HTC Sensation, I had to change my plan to an Android data plan because it wouldn't work with my old BlackBerry plan. It sucked since I had unlimited data basically.

Yea if you have b-barry plan and trying to use a phone other than a blackberry you will have to switch your plan. I found out the hard way. Then forgot about it last Saturday when my 8900 crashed. Blackberry plans only work for blackberry.
