Default Will CS go back up?

Now that its official that the merger is no longer happening, Will the Customer Service go back up?

I'm still deciding whether or not to switch to AT&T

AT&T still worst carrier - Consumer Reports - Dec. 6, 2011

"Actually, customer satisfaction with all four national carriers fell this year, with third-ranked T-Mobile sliding by the largest margin. Still, T-Mobile ranked well ahead of AT&T."

With the merger over now tmo will get roaming rights from att as part of the merger failure. This should help out dead spots.

I hope TMO get their acts back soon on their used to be stellar customer services. Not that I have ever had any real bad CS for the past 8 years, but it has not been the same in 2011.

I doubt that TMOs customer service will be like it was before. It would be nice. It was one of the best things TMO had going for them. I'm sure glad the merger is dead. Now we wait to see who's gonna buy TMO or if DT decides to invest a bit on TMO USA with those billions they got/will get from AT&T.

It has for certain been better and they are outsourcing more, which sucks, but I never really had a bad experience with CS.

I hope it dont get worse. I will blow their heads up with my laser eyes from my house all the way over to whereeverdahecktheyare!
