Trying to use the browser on my curve for wifi, i've already have setup config to "hotspot browser"

sometimes it goes to "tzone" or my account tmo referring to buy the data service! it changes my setup config to "tzone" on the blackberry browser.

while phone is on, i did a battery pull. now i can access websites using wifi.. but it is annoying if i always have to do a battery pull.

I would like to know this to....I just moved to the 8900 and don't have this prob anymore, but when I called t-mo they said that since there is no data plan the phone automatically goes back to t-zones....the only advice the rep had to offer me was to downgrade my OS, which I believe is unacceptable since it was the first one offered by t-mo to have the video recording capabilities.....anyhow anyone else have any input?
