Default Who's Frequency matches T-Mobile

What European carrier uses the same frequency as T-Mobile. I would like to see if they have any devices that my girlfriend might want to buy without their plan of course? I thought there was two that their frequency could also be used in the US.
Thanks

I do not know about European carriers, but Wind Mobile in Canada uses the same 3G bands as T-Mobile USA.

One of the largest carriers in Europe is TM.
Any of their unlocked BB phones will work in the US with a US SIM (GSM carrier: ATT or TM).
BUT, if you get a 9000, using TM in the US it will only be able to get 2G, not 3G service

Be aware, some of the European BB phones have keyboards other than QWERTY
