where to find my ringtones and downloads on my account

I just did a handset exchange. I went on tmobiles' site for my account and don't see where I'm to change my pin, find my download of ringtones, games from one phone to transfer over. What gives tmobile? Where do we find these things at? When it was tzones it was easy nopw I don't know help! Also with new handset I got three mesgs of updates apps I open and deleted them and its still shows on home screen that I have 3 mesgs from app world. Did the reboot and battery pull 2x how do I get it off the top of home screen? Thanks in advance.
