| | What do you pay and what do you get?
I'm up for a new contract, and Tmobile just offered me the following:
$49.99 myFaves Family Share + 600 share minutes + unlimited weekend/nights/mobile-mobile
$19.99 BB unlmtd data
$99 new Curve
Any second phone my BF picks
So $69 a month ($89 if BF wants a data phone) for 2 phones. Compared to the $110 Sprint has been raping me with (no data!), sounds like a nice change.
I've been using myFaves for the last 2 years and it's been great. Funny to realize you really don't talk to many other people than a small circle. I don't think I've ever gone over my minutes.
I think I can get the Curve for less if I find an authorized seller (I saw it for less in the past, but it just had a price drop so I don't know), they can do my contract renewal and upgrade, right?
So I just wanted to compare and see what everyone else is getting |

I admit it. Love my BlackBerry. Like T-mo. What I pay isn't that outrageous because I'm happy. $100/mo

Got my sunset curve for free, + 600 anytime, unlimited bb plan and 400 text for $80 a month.
I had verizon and that was $64 a month with a crappy phone. If i had stayed with verizon and gotten the curve it would have been $49 for the phone and my bill would have been about $110 a month
Glad i switched to t-mobile

I pay about $130 monthly for unlimited minutes on two phones, roaming, 400 texts, and one data plan. But then I am also a former Suncom customer, with a grandfathered "unplan". Average monthly usage between the two phones is about 5000 minutes.

I have the unlimited everything plan with Tmo.
Unlimited calls day/night
Unlimited texts
And of course the unlimited BB Add-on for the internet/email.
So my bill with taxes is usually about 140 a month. So it's something I can base somewhat a budget around.

I have the 39.99 300 myfavs w/19.99 BB add on, 4.99 txt, 5.99 insur, 4.99 FlexPay=$82.36 month after tax. I wish I hadn't signed up for FlexPay cause I get rapped on the choice of plans, but I did get a free Pearl. I use over 1gb of data a month with PAM so I make sure I get my moneys worth.

I have T-Mobile with unlimited family plan that includes unlimited minutes, unlimited text & pic messages, unlimited nights & weekends and unlimited mobile to mobile. I have 2 Curves (think we paid $149 each) with unlimited data plans and insurance on both. Bill comes out to $227.89 after taxes and surcharges. I don't actually need unlimited because almost all of the calls would fall under either myfaves or mobile to mobile, but like to be able to know exactly how much my bill will be each month no matter how much I use my phone.

Yall prolly gonna hate me! I had Suncom for 4 years until I was switched to tmobile via the buyout/merger. I had the unplan with suncom, $69 for 1st line, & 4 additional lines at $20 each. That's unlimited minutes & messaging for all lines. I just in the nick of time bought my BB (b4 merger) & added unlimited data for 15 bucks. So I have 5 lines with unlimited minutes & messaging, & my unlimited data for a grand total of about $165 split among 5 of us, which comes to about $33 line.

Actually if you could find more trustworthy people, be it family or otherwise, I think more people should choose to "phonepool"! Its cheaper on everyone involved!

i have a grandfathered plan from awhile back:
39.99 for 1500 anytime minutes
9.99 for 1,000 SMS/MMS
19.99 for the BB unlimited
so it costs me about 75-80 bucks a month after taxes. again i toyed with switching to verizon for the storm, but i can't justify spending like 40 bucks more a month for about the same i have with tmo

I'm on the BB minutes and mail. 1000 anytime minutes of which I use 300 on a heavy useage month, unlimited SMS, unlimited data. 59.99. With taxes I think it's 61 or 62. I hardly send mms so I don't have that on my plan but it's .20 anytime I do.
