Default web access on BB

Is it possible to use web access without subscribing to a web data plan. I can do this on my other regular phone. I just pay per download.

Is there a way round this obstacle?

New to BB

BBs need some sort of data feature. On ATT there is no PPU for BB phones.

Only if you bought the phone out right. It's cheaper to @ least add the $9.99 data plan.

Did you buy the phone outright, not with a discount from t-mobile? If so, you're good to use whatever you want.

I don't suggest using pay per use. BB uses a lot more data than your regular cell. I suggest you add the $10 unlimied web for phones plan so you don't get caught with a huge bill.

You need a data package for that to work. Only a few apps work without a data package. It's worth it to put on the phone, especially because most of the phone's abilities are based off of data based applications.
