Plus the cameras (both ffc and back) are a lot better. | I actually got a new battefy cover in the mail last week and the build quality issues are nonexistent now. My Amaze came in from eBay today and I compared the two. I like both but the Amaze felt a little bulky after having used the Sensation for months. Build quality was the same on both. Speed was the same/didn't notice any difference. But the Amaze was a little thicker and slightly longer which made it feel bigger. I decided to stay with the Sensation and am selling the Amaze back for around $400 on eBay. Quote:

Hope your deal goes through flawless with the Amaze. Good luck! | The mytouch 4g slide isn't bad but I don't want a slider. I factory reset my Sensation and haven't experienced any issues yet. The new battery door also solved the build quality gripe, which the Amaze has as well since both use the same type of casing and material.
So in the end I've kept my Sensation and the new battery door has fixed my build quality gripe. The only real complaint is that battery life is worse after that last update but from what I've heard, there are numerous roms out with good battery life.
