Default Upset with Tmobile!!

O.K. So today I review my account balance, and notice that my balance is extremely more than usual. So I call tmobile and ask about the charges, and they tell me that I have charges for a phone that I never purchased! After being on hold for an hour (longest wait ever with T-Mobile) they finally find that it was an error of their billing. Instead of saying they will credit my account, I am told that I will have to wait until tommorrow when they can contact the 'real buyer' and then credit me after everything is clear, and that's it!!! No, I'm sorry, no let me try to credit this immediately after seeing we did not purchase the phone!!! I'm really upset about it n I don't feel I should have to wait 4 tmobile to Call the real buyer before I am credited! Am I not seeing things right?

ah, gotta love tmo's CS....they didn't do half of the things I requested and gave up but switched when my contract was up. one of my friends ended up getting only half of her bill which she thought was odd when we got swapped from suncom to tmo but then got slammed the next month with a double of the entire total and had to call them.

This is when you pitch a fit and yell (crying helps to) to get to a manager. Explain your situation in tears and you'll get your money back, promise. You just need to get to a higher-up to make this happen.

Ever notice that these people who post here about being upset with T-Mobile almost always have just a handful of posts here (1-10) and usually have AT&T in their carrier profiles?

Curious.

I have talked to retentions a number of times, and noone can help! It even seems that other charges were applied to my account. When I ask then about it noone has an answer . . . Just "we can assure you the charges are correct." How can you assure me something you have no proof of!!! Really tired and upset, have been on the phone with these people all day!

I have to call tmo tomorrow because they finally sent me my final bill and are trying to make me pay for a complete earlier termination fee when I had less than 1 month left on my contract. I love how they dont even abide by their own terms and services.

I just find it curious that you hardly ever post here but all of a sudden rush over to complain about T-Mobile and your profile says you are an AT&T customer so you can't have been with T-Mobile very long. Personally, I'd go back to AT&T. I think they probably miss you.

YOU terminated BEFORE the CONTRACT was up. You get the FULL ETF regardless. Deal with it.

You should have to pay the full two hundred dollars, that's the ETF. It doesn't matter if it's your 15th day of service or the day before your contract ends, you have to pay the ETF. Every time I print out a contract for a customer, right near the bottom I highlight the terms, which clearly state, "You have a 14 day remorse period. After your 14 days, it's $200 dollars to terminate each line of service." Once you sign, you agree.
