Upgrade & Trade-in ?

1. I think my next 2yr upgrade is due in November... but sometimes they will let you do a full upgrade maybe a month or two before? is this true? maybe because ive been with T-mobile for so long.

2. I saw something about blackberry trade-up program, just wondering has anyone done this? Do you think T-mobile has a blackberry trade-up program as well?

You qualify for a full upgrade after 22 months but if you call them you might be able to get it sooner.
