You won't get UMA, though I don't know if you might if you have a T-Mobile Bold from Europe. I don't with mine, an Orange-branded Bold. But the simultaneous data/voice feature over 2G/EDGE works just fine when on a WiFi network.

you wont be able to use UMA over the tmo network with an unlocked Bold. It requires specific, provisioned hardware therefore its not possible.

Can't use UMA, your phone has to support this feature and since the Bold isn't from T-Mobile you won't be able to...u can use regular WiFi tho to surf the web lol :P

I have the Rogers Wireless Bold that's unlocked and Blackberry Tech Support confirmed that it has UMA but im not sure if that means that it will work with T-Mobile cause all there Blackberrys are UMA and can make calls over wifi.
