Default Unlimited loyalty plan no longer allows corp disount

Ok, may I say I love tmo and I probably could not get a better deal with a different carrier. However, I don't know if anyone has noticed it but you may want to check ur most recent or upcoming bill if you have the unlimited loyalty plan and a corporate discount.
When I signed up for the unlimited loyalty plan I was told, and others would agree, that you still get your corporate discount on that rate plan. I've been getting this discount until my most recent bill.
I just got off the phone with tmo and the corporate discount dept told me that as of July they will not allow the corporate discount apply to the unlimited loyalty rate plan but it will still apply to my features.
Just want to give others a heads up.

Thanks for the heads up. I'll check out my next bill to see if this is true.

What discount do you have? I added my discount well before I got Loyalty and I've been getting the whole 10 percent off my bill since.
We'll see what happens. At least it would still apply to features, right?

My discount is 15%, I've had it for 4 years. I added the loyalty plan in March and was getting $7.5 off on that per month until my most recent bill.

But supposedly, the discount still works, it just takes whatever% off of your feature costs (like texting, internet)...?

Just wanted to make sure.

Default ah..

I was at a corporate store on Monday, and asked a rep there to switch me to 1000 min promotional plan because the Unlimited Plan, would not be discounted if I added the AAA discount onto my plan.

The rep also had never heard of the AAA corp discount, and called up T-Mobile customer service, and finally found someone to help her after a few people, and gave them my AAA # and then told me the discount would be applied, and I did not have to switch plans.

I asked the Rep, if this would really apply to my plan, and told her I talked to a T-Mobile rep on the phone, and they said it would only apply to my features, and I said I read online in forums, that it would not work as well. She told me corp discount don't apply to one thing(just features), but applies it to the whole bill.

I might have to go switch my Plan tomorrow. I am glad that I am informed that this would not work despite what someone told me. I rather having a bigger discount than a $1.32..
Thanks, yaabeng

Based on what they told me it doesn't apply only to the unlimited loyalty plan as of July. They asked if i wanted to switch back to the 1000 minute plan and add on the hot spot at home like i had at first. While i was comfortable with that plan I also like the convenience of having no restrictions. It is gonna cost me more per month though.
And, Artemis, yes it still applies to the features such as the BB plan and messages.

Thanks for the heads up....I'll have to check as I get a 15% corp discount on my plan too. I specifically asked the rep when I switched to the unlimited loyalty plan if that discount would still apply and I was told it would.

I was told I couldn't get it when I tried a couple months ago because I had corp discount (UPS 15%) but I didn't fight or call and keep trying.

Just check my bill.

I only got 2.82 or so off for the discount. (since my data + unlim text totals to around 29 dollars). Bummer.

Yeah, in the past the Loyalty plan was included but now it's not. Oh well. It's still the best plan for me out there and I'm not going to switch.
