Unidentified Subscriber?

I tried to send a sms to a contact. The message will not go through there's a red X & its says "unidentified subscriber." Why am I getting this message?

This happened to me all day yesterday from abot 4:45pm until i finally did a battery pull and evrything corrected itself.I also noticed I only could connect via uma and not UMA during ths time.


TODAY in the afternoon my WIFI is out on my phone only. Signal is fine on my TMOBILE router and Tmobile home phone... but cell phone won't catch a signal

It happens If that other person is out of service like If your or their phone gets shut off or temporarly suspended. Another time I saw it was because the receivers inbox was full n needed to be cleared to allow memory. Just a couple that have happen to me n those were the reasons for those. I'm sure there are other reasons too.

This happened when I tried to txt a friend of mine for the first time.
I asked him about it later and he told me that he had txts blocked on his phone because they **** him off. LOL.

That's another reason as well.
