Default ummm super high bill for next month.... maybe?

Okay so I went from unlimited everything to 1500 talk, unlimited text and unlimited data. It is $80 per month but paid and extra $40 or so for a few months to get Bold on credit. One part of the website says I'm owing 264.13 (overdue at that) and another says 122.xx amount. Even my Tmo app says I owe the high amount. I haven't gotten close to going over minutes so don't understand the high bill. Especially because the last month my equipment credit line was payed off. It shows I paid my $140 for February so why is it all of the sudden so high.

Anyone experience this before? It must be a mistake but I will call customer service of course. Just wondered if any here have seen this kind of outrageous charge!?

Thanks in advance yal

Default

They sent me a $1400 bill once about 6 years ago because I changed my plan from 1500 to 2500 minutes and the customer service person put in I had changed it to a Blackberry data only plan with no minutes and I didn't even own a Blackberry back then.

That's not the only time my bill got screwed up but if they screwed yours up they are good about fixing it.

Default Online TMO account

I too have had several instances with my online TMO account where the information I was reading was not up to date, or just plain wrong. Fortunately Tmobile customer service is nothing like their online services, give them a call and they will fix it quick.
