Question Tried to switch to new plans But got a system glitch

I called customer service to switch to the new plans and was told there was a system glitch and they couldn't switch me and that the customer rep would call me back on Tuesday to try again has anyone else had this problem switching over to the new plans?

I've had seem issues switching people to the new rate plans. This was a big system overhaul so I expected some less-than-smooth transitions. Most issues are resolvable though.
