The rep in the local store told me this past Friday that T-Mobile will be releasing their touch screen BB this coming September (2009).

I was actually debating between the 8900 and the Sidekick for my daughter (I already have the 8900) and he suggested I wait until Sept. for the touch screen. He said that this was not a Storm but a BB touchscreen exclusive to T-Mobile.

I don't know???????

Yea, my daughter wants that retarded new Sidekick. ugh lol. But I hope T-Mo doesn't have a touch screen BB coming out. I personally don't like 'em but if they do it better be a major improvement from that piece of crap Storm

My dad got me a SK when I was younger. Saved him money since the data plan was only 19.99 and I didn't talk too much. I wouldn't use one now myself but they are still good for the younger set.

Anyway, tmo isn't getting a touchscreen BB anytime soon. Reps will say anything to customers. If you really want a touchscreen BB then get an unlocked storm.

theres alot features u lose wit unlock cell plus no surport 4 any problems that u have if some would go wrong.

Like what? because i had bought many unlocked phones and currently owns a unlocked storm and i can use every feature it has on its carrier maybe not 3G but thats ok..i can see what you saying but i dont think having support is a big fact being that there's so many kind folks here at crackberry that could help you if anything goes wrong... i never call a Rep for nothing they really are dumb when it comes to phones
