Total Cost after taxes? Tmo Even More Plus

What is your total after the taxes and all the BS you get on your bill on the 79.99 even more plus plan? I am in Florida, i know taxes vary from different states but just to get an idea.

I think when I briefly had even more plus, I paid about 87 a month.

In the retail store when I am figuring tax for customers i usually figure about 12% for taxes and fees. Again sales tax does vary from state to state and the rate in my state is 7% for straight sales tax
