Torch 9860 from SFR to work on T-Mobile.. Help!

I ordered the Torch 9860 on ebay cause T-Mobile does not carry it. 3g works fine but I still cant get UMA or Wi-Fi calling to work. Also, I can't seem to be able to log into My account app from T-Mobile and the usual wifi hotspot profiles from T-Mobile are note there.

Any suggestions on what to do to get UMA working?

You are able to get 3G to work? I thought the bands aren't compatible. I think UMA is a OS7.1 feature.

AT&T and T-Mobile use different bands. This phone is from SFR, a french carrier, that is compatible with T-Mobile. I still cant get UMA to work though.

UMA/WIFI-calling is os 7.1 specific.

Thanks, I tried that but the menus are different in 9860 and I cant get to the uma options, or they have been removed.
