radio Tmo has been known about the issue for months and never fix the prob.

i get a simliar issue in ny with the 9900
idk wat spu with it..
didd they file a Trouble ticket?

Just called again still down it has been 17 day and no 3G/4G !!!!

If you have a 3G/"4G" data add-on (as in, it's named or advertised like that), ask them for a statement credit.
